The Liability Waiver

At The Outlaw Archers, ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants is our top priority. Given the nature of field archery as a sport that involves handling bows, arrows, and other equipment in varied terrain, there is always a level of inherent risk involved. As part of our commitment to ensuring a secure environment for everyone involved in our archery activities, we require all participants to sign a liability waiver. By signing the waiver, participants acknowledge and accept these risks, helping to protect both the participants and The Outlaw Archers from in the event of an accident or injury.

The waiver should be returned to The Outlaw Archers at theoutlawarchers@gmail.com or may be turned in at the next event. In all cases, archers will be required to have signed the liability waiver to participate in an Outlaw Archers event.
